Health and safety
When it comes to service delivery health and safety is paramount.
At Brooklands we value the safety of our technicians and others that could be at risk in and surrounding work areas with the highest regard and have a full up to date health and safety policy in place.
- Have undertaken all necessary training understanding all health and safety procedures
- Are fully equipped with relevant PPE for each task
- Have passed the touch screen health and safety tests and hold current CSCS cards for work on construction sites
- Are well familiar with the equipment used relevant to our work
Health and safety is most important to us which is why as standard RAMS (Risk Assessment / Method Statements) are produced for all works and COSHH data is made available for when handling chemicals.
Our works are thoroughly planned to keep in mind the well being of our staff, the public and residents living near by to our working environment.
We strive to maintain our high standards of work and our procedures as set out in our company policies are continuously reviewed as we continue to provide our clients with a quality service.
For peace of mind we have been fully vetted by CHAS demonstrating our capability of carrying out a wide variety of services in a safe manner.
Our vehicles as standard are kitted out with first aid kits, eye wash stations and also fire extinguishers for emergencies.
For working at height our technicians hold Powered Access Licenses(PAL)cards under IPAF(International Powered Access Federation) for safe use of MEWPS and IRATA qualifications for all rope access works undertaken by the company.
